DomPost charged over ‘terror’ story

David Collins, QC, has confirmed he is taking contempt proceedings against editor Tim Pankhurst, along with Fairfax New Zealand. Papers were filed in the High Court at Wellington on Monday and served on Fairfax lawyers yesterday.

Receivers take legal action

BusinessDay understands that papers seeking summary judgment against Mr Petricevic were filed in the High Court at Auckland this week.
The money in question was paid to Mr Petricevic in the period before Bridgecorp went into receivership in July last year.

NZ detectives in Xue inquiry head for Atlanta
